With over half a million prints under his belt, Dan brings precision, passion, and years of hands-on experience to every job that comes through the studio.

Dan’s journey into printing started with a love for process - getting his hands dirty, experimenting with inks, and learning how to turn raw ideas into wearable art. That same curiosity still drives him today, whether he’s troubleshooting a tricky design or helping clients bring their vision to life.

Alongside his work in the print studio, Dan also runs his own independent clothing brand, Nature Casino, where he channels his creativity into original designs that reflect both grit and imagination. It's a space where his design instincts and print skills come together in full force.

Ryan Elliott

Co-founder & Head of Creative

Ryan has spent over a decade bringing ideas to life through motion, design, and 3D. He's worked with clients ranging from creative agencies like Accept & Proceed and COVERT to global brands like Ralph Lauren, BP, and the British Royal Navy - always with a focus on turning complex ideas into visuals that connect.

His love for design runs deep, whether it’s experimenting with new techniques in Cinema 4D or shaping the creative direction of a campaign. That same drive carries into FLOOD & FORGE, where Ryan leads the studio’s visual identity and ensures every print tells a story worth wearing.

When he’s not in the print studio, you’ll usually find him at his desk, working on motion projects, building digital products, or (more often than not) drinking an unhealthy amount of espresso.
